+This will clear the lines from the PCV to the pipettes but you still need to get the air bubbles out between the syringes and valves. To do this, now you need to:
+  - Position the corresponding valve into the output position.
+  - Draw some fluid into the syringe connected to the manual valve that draws fluid from the PCV.
+  - Disconnect the tubing from one of the multichannel syringes and put that end in a bottle and disconnect the corresponding tubing to pipette and attach the fluid filled syringe.
