Measuring fluorescence in pipette tips
This example demonstrates how to use pipette tip fluorescence imaging camera for measure fluorescence intensity in pipette tips. In this example FITC conjugate antibody was used to demonstrate the technique. Here are the steps in involved with creating a macro.
