Microwell aspiration

In order to accurate aspirate small volumes it is important to make sure the air bubbles are mostly out of the lines and there are 2 pages that describe how to do this:

  1. Removing air bubbles - This technique allows you to manually perfuse the lines with a syringe.
  2. Putting together a pipette flushing macro - This uses the multichannel syringe pump to clean out the lines
